VeriBuild is an independent construction quality audit practice working across Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Gorakhpur, Gurgaon, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, NCR, Noida, Pune, Surat and Vadodara. We work for homeowners and independent developers — never for contractors, material dealers or interior firms — auditing houses and renovations from foundation to handover. Independence is the entire product: an audit report only has value if the people writing it have nothing to gain from softening it.
Every audit follows the same evidence-first method: we review your drawings and BOQ, walk the site stage by stage, and log each finding with a photo, an exact measurement and a severity rating. You receive a contractor-ready report, and once rework is done we return to verify each item against its original entry before you sign anything off.
We take no referral fees, commissions or incentives from contractors, material dealers or repair vendors, and we don't sell rectification work ourselves — so there is never a reason for a defect to go unrecorded. Our only client is the person who books the audit, and the report says what we found, in full.
You pay us, never your contractor, so the report answers to you alone.
