Every VeriBuild engagement is built from the same six checks — scoped up or down depending on the stage your build is at.
We verify structural work against the approved drawings and applicable code: footing depth and size, column and beam reinforcement, slab thickness, shuttering quality and curing schedule. Includes a check of cover blocks, rebar spacing and lap lengths against the structural drawing.
A stage-wise walkthrough of the build — from earthwork to handover — flagging deviations, water-seepage risks, alignment issues and code violations while they're still inexpensive to correct.
Carpentry (modular kitchen, wardrobes), false ceiling, tiling, painting and electrical fit-out checked against the approved design and material specification — joinery, edge banding, ceiling level, tile lippage, and paint coat count and finish.
Line-by-line reconciliation of the Bill of Quantities against what was actually measured on site — cement bags, steel tonnage, plaster area, tile area, paint litres. Variances beyond a reasonable tolerance are flagged with photographic and measurement evidence.
Delivery challans and site stock checked against the brand, grade and quantity specified in your contract — cement grade, TMT steel brand and diameter, tile and sanitary-ware brand, waterproofing chemicals, and paint brand and shade. Catches substitution before it's plastered over.
An independent, experience-based assessment of execution quality — plumb walls, level floors, clean joints, proper waterproofing at wet areas, and finish consistency across rooms. This is the judgment call a bill of materials alone can't give you.
Use one milestone check, build an inspection trail across the project, or focus specifically on quantities and materials.
Best when you need an independent check before a key payment or handover.
For homeowners who want independent oversight from foundation through handover.
For reconciling quantities, deliveries and specifications against what is actually on site.
Pricing is intentionally quote-based until project size, stage, drawings and audit scope are confirmed.
Share your drawings and BOQ and we'll quote a fixed fee.
