Information on this website describes the intended scope of VeriBuild services. Availability, pricing, engineer allocation and audit scope are confirmed separately before an engagement is accepted.
An audit is an independent site observation based on the documents and conditions made available. It does not replace statutory approvals, architect or structural engineer certification, testing laboratory results, safety inspections or legal advice.
Reports identify observations and recommended actions within the agreed scope. A report should not be represented as a guarantee that a property is defect-free or structurally safe beyond the scope and date of the inspection.
The client remains responsible for providing accurate drawings, BOQs, specifications and relevant project information, and for making payment and construction decisions.
Photography, examples and sample reports marked illustrative are not evidence of a completed client project. Verified case studies and testimonials should be published only with appropriate permission and accurate supporting records.
Fees, cancellation terms, travel charges, report timelines and re-verification arrangements should be set out in the engagement confirmation issued for each project.
